Hi, I’m Amber. I help small businesses connect with the people they’re here to serve through thoughtful digital strategy and conversation-worthy handmade marketing.
I’ve been using computers since I was six — and playing with paper for just as long. Things I love:
- Figuring out how to make tech work for people instead of against them
- Crafting something that gets attention and sticks around longer than a scroll (if it’s upcycled and made of paper, even better)
- Making plans—and finding practical, creative ways to bring them to life.
For more than 25 years, I’ve been living at the intersection of technology, creativity, and community. Today, all of those experiences come together in the way I help my clients.
People come to me when …
- they’re overwhelmed by all the things they’re “supposed” to do for their business.
- technology is making them pull their hair out.
- they want marketing that feels more like genuine connection than constant promotion.
- they need ongoing support, but aren’t ready for a full-time hire.
Technology isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, but I genuinely enjoy figuring it out. More importantly, I want you to feel confident, clear, and capable using the tools that support your work.
And if you’re longing for a unique way to show up in the world, I love helping people bring their vision to life (even if the vision is fuzzy, I’ve got ideas!) .
Whether we’re untangling a website, simplifying your systems, or dreaming up handmade ways to connect with your audience, my goal is always the same: helping your business feel more focused, more connected, and more like you.
I take a warm, practical, and collaborative approach to all my projects and partnerships. I work with clients locally in Western Massachusetts and remotely.

A little more about me
I’ve built countless websites and managed digital communications for purpose-driven organizations. Along the way, I realized my favorite part of this work is helping people untangle their ideas, get comfortable with technology, and make their online presence actually feel like them.
I co-founded Knack: The Art of Clever Reuse, a creative reuse center and DIY studio space in Western Massachusetts.
If I’m at the library, I’m most often in the 740 section looking for ideas and inspiration.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me reading a book, going for a walk, crafting with paper, tending to my bamboo garden, or having a cup of tea and enjoying conversation.
Client Testimonials:
“A friend of mine highly recommended Amber. Now I would like to do the same. Beginning with our very first conversation, Amber has been the consummate professional, while at the same time personal and very approachable.
What brought me to Amber, was my goal to rebuild my website and blog. I was very trepidatious about the aspect of all the “tech stuff” involved. Amber was with me, every step of the way, taking care of a lot of “behind the scenes” operations. Her instructions were always very precise and clear and I had no problem implementing her directives. Communications were excellent; whenever I had email questions, Amber’s response and follow up were most immediate.
In addition it was Amber’s enthusiasm and excitement she shared about creating a new site that made it all the more a pleasure to work with her. I highly recommend Amber.”
