About Amber Ladley

Hi, I’m Amber. I’m a digital strategist, creative thinker, and educator with over 25 years of experience helping people feel confident, clear, and capable in their digital lives.

I’ve built countless websites, managed digital communications for purpose-driven organizations, and co-founded Knack: The Art of Clever Reuse, a creative reuse center and DIY studio space in Western Massachusetts. Along the way, I realized my favorite part of this work is helping people untangle their ideas, get comfortable with technology, and make their online presence actually feel like them.

I take a warm, practical, and collaborative approach. I bring the strategy, tools, and creative thinking. You bring the vision. Together, we make it real. I also love exploring hands-on, creative ways to market your work in a digital world.

If technology ever feels overwhelming, or if your online presence doesn’t reflect who you really are, I’d love to help. Let’s have a chat!

A little more about me

I’ve been blending creativity and technology for as long as I can remember. I started building websites in the late 1990s and have been using computers since I was six. I love figuring out how to make tech work for people instead of against them.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me reading a book, going for a walk, crafting with paper, tending to my bamboo garden, or having a cup of tea and enjoying conversation. I work with clients locally in Western Massachusetts and remotely.

Client Testimonials:

Amber Ladley is the consummate professional — organized, clear, creative, and supportive. She helped me conceive a new website–my fourth. In my three previous experiences, I had no desire to work with, no less recommend the desinger when the work was complete. I’ve never experienced a collaboration as productive and fulfilling as this. I truly felt that Amber was “there” for me. Her advice and ideas were always spot-on and, at the same time, she was willing to listen to my input and make adjustments as necessary. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
