Hello. It’s been quite some time since I wrote on this blog, but I know there are some awesome people who follow it that may be interested to know that while I may not be creating blog content, I’ve been busy in other creative ways this year…pandemic be damned, the one thing that helped me keep my sanity has been creating…
In 2020, I made lots of art, food, crafts, kits, and gifts. When I’m creating I’m in my happy place, so it was a pleasant surprise when a couple of items I had let sit in my Etsy shop started selling in March, and then again in April, May, June…I actually made at least one sale every month this year! These sales gave me a boost in confidence and I started creating even more merchandise for my shop, upgraded my website (happilyupcycled.com), and now here I am at the end of the year setting actual goals for 2021. I’m keeping it simple: 1 new product and 1 newsletter per month. Today, I launched January’s product and my newsletter is scheduled to send on Saturday, January 2, 2021.
