Just look at this beauty! I found her at our local swap shop and was immediately filled with joy. After doing a bit of research, I learned that this Vintage American Tourister Tiara Round Hatbox Suitcase from the 1950/60’s can fetch up to $100 on Ebay. Score! However, my crafty self felt that this one was destined for a longer and more creative life, so I upcycled it and named her Serendipity 🙂
Serendipity and I have some exciting news to share! Besides the lovely photo collection of our creative process together, we are heading out on the road to perform hands-on creativity workshops for businesses and individuals.
Because creativity is an innate tool that helps us solve problems and create innovative ideas; AND studies show that creative people are more happy and happiness increases creativity. It is a beautiful thing and I’d like to bring more of that beauty into our world. I promise attendees will leave feeling energized, inspired and with a handcrafted item (made from repurposed material, of course).
