Valley Creates is a full-day of fun workshops with local artists. I am excited to be offering a paper quilling workshop at the next two events. Join me in learning creative techniques with some amazing talent.

- Glass Beads: Katie Richardson of Katie Ray Arts will teach you to melt glass over a small torch to create your own glass beads;
- Metal Jewelry: Heather Beck of Heather Beck Designs will show you to use hammered techniques to put a mark on your own metal jewelry;
- Abstract Fiber Coasters: Audrey Hyvonen of Big Top Quilts: Play with color and fabric to create a collage quilt mug rug;
- Paper Quilling: Amber Ladley of Happily Upcycled: Learn the basics of quilling using repurposed paper (junk mail, catalogs, etc.). Perfect for making handmade notecards, ornaments, jewelry, and mixed media projects.
